Delivery Methods
Understanding our 3 Tier delivery Service
Due to the varying size and complexity of products Lawnflite have to offer, this is supported by a '3 tier delivery' service level.
In order to maintain our high levels of service, Lawnflite is only able to deliver to the UK mainland. We regret we cannot ship to the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. The following offshore addresses are excluded: the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands.
All 'standard' delivery is FREE, no matter how small or large your order (this excludes any 'express' delivery options you may choose, i.e. Saturday or a time request delivery).
The '3 tier' services levels are listed below, and can be recognised throughout the site by the following symbols shown:
Service Level 1

This symbol indicates that the product will be delivered directly to your door via a private courier company such as Business Post. |
On our FREE 'standard' delivery service, we send most items out same day or next day for delivery within two or three working days (up to 40 kilos in weight). If you need any item(s) in a hurry or by a specific date/time you may choose the Express' Delivery option, which is a chargeable service (when ordering online you'll be given a chance in the checkout procedure to indicate which 'express' service you wish to take up).'
The 'Express' Delivery options and costs are as follows:
(This option can only be taken up with the Service Level 1 offering).
- Before Midday (Monday - Friday) £15.00
- Saturday Morning Delivery (By Midday) £35.00
(To take advantage of the 'express' service options your order needs to be placed by 3 pm the previous working day, for next day)
If you are not in when they try to deliver, they will leave a card letting you know there has been an unsuccessful delivery attempt and giving you a number to call to rearrange delivery. If there is a safe place where the items can be left (e.g. 'round the back' or 'in the garage') please let us know at the time of ordering (You will be given a chance in the checkout procedure to leave these instructions that we will pass on to our couriers).

- After placing your order with any item(s) carrying this symbol. Your order will be allocated to a Lawnflite authorised specialist dealer in your area (based on your delivery address postcode). Lawnflite will then despatch your required products to our specialist dealer.
- On receipt of the product(s) your Lawnflite specialist dealer will unpack and fully assemble.
- Your Lawnflite specialist dealer will quality check and carry out a pre-delivery inspection (including if appropriate charging the battery, filling with oil and running the machine).
- Your product(s) will then be delivered by a Lawnflite specialist dealer at a convenient delivery time to you.
- Your specialist dealer will give brief instruction on safe operation, safety features and future care of your product.
- Your product is handed over to you complete with service book and owners manual and any future service requirements will be covered by the Lawnflite specialist dealer.
- We expect to make a delivery within 14 days of your order being placed.

- The demonstration will be carried out via one of our local independent Lawnflite authorised specialist dealers.
- We can carry out demonstrations to postal areas in the Mainland UK, including Northern Ireland. We regret that demonstrations are not available for any Island/off shore locations.
